The honest answers

Is Shevalion a real coach or doctor?

No. Shevalion is an educational tool for harm reduction. The best results come when paired with a pelvic floor PT (postpartum), a hormone-literate physician (HRT or AAS), and regular bloodwork. Shevalion makes you a more informed patient — not your only resource.

Why a separate app for women?

Because female AAS protocols are not male protocols scaled down. Voice deepening is permanent. Cycle disruption matters. RED-S kills careers. Pregnancy and postpartum need their own framework. A women's app means safety-critical content gets the precision it deserves.

What if I'm on birth control / IUD / Depo?

Tell Shevalion in onboarding. The AI adapts: COC users train linearly (no cycle to sync to), hormonal IUD users get assessed for ovulation status, Depo users get extra bone density attention. We don't treat all women the same because biology doesn't.

Does it really work around my cycle?

Yes — log your cycle and the coaching shifts by phase: push intensity in the follicular phase, manage luteal fatigue, train around PMS. It adapts to irregular cycles, perimenopause, and postpartum too.

Is this a steroid / enhanced app?

No — Shevalion is natural-first. Training, nutrition, cycle, postpartum, and perimenopause coaching are the core, and that's all most women ever use. Enhanced coaching (female-safe AAS, HRT, comp prep) is a separate opt-in level you deliberately unlock on Platinum — it never appears unless you go looking for it. Naturals are never nudged toward enhancement, pregnant or trying-to-conceive users can't enable it at all, and even on Platinum we refuse the compounds that aren't female-safe (trenbolone, anadrol, halotestin, deca, high-dose testosterone).

Where does my data go?

It stays on your device. Cycle log, bloodwork, nutrition, profile — all local. Conversations with the AI travel to the AI to generate responses, but nothing is stored, sold, or shared. No tracking, no brokerage.
